Our extensive stock holdings combined with strong courier partnerships and streamlined online ordering means fast dispatch and efficient delivery direct to your site or business. If you're not satisfied with your order we will endeavour to replace or refund it.

As a result of the global economic environment and continued volatility in fuel costs, we need to advise of a change to our freight and courier charges. Effective 7 April 2026, increased delivery costs resulting from Variable Fuel Factor (VFF) surcharges applied by New Zealand freight and courier providers will be passed on. These surcharges reflect the increased fuel costs currently impacting transport and logistics providers nationwide.  

Part of this increase will also see our standard website shipping rate for non‑account customers increase to $12.00, effective 7 April 2026. All other courier oncharges will be updated weekly and diplayed below. We are actively monitoring the situation and planning ahead in line with government regulations and official guidance.

We take pride in offering great service, and that includes fast and efficient deliveries. We do not offer international deliveries. Blacks Fasteners Ltd reserves the right to decline the order if delivery charges exceed those charged and listed on www.blacksfasteners.co.nz. 

*Freight charges will apply to all online, phone and in-store orders. Our free shipping offer now only applies to orders with Standard Delivery that are valued over $500. You may be charged additional fees after your purchase has been completed once delivery costs have been calculated. All backorders will be sent freight free. 

While we take every step to ensure your order is accurate and exactly what you expect, sometimes we don't get it right and we'll do our best to fix it. If you need to return your goods, we accept returns within 60 days if they have been previously authorised. Goods returned for credit must be in the original condition and packaging; and used, superseded, or discounted Goods will not be accepted for credit. A sale and invoice number must be forwarded with all returns. Blacks reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for Goods returned after 60 days from the invoice, at a rate determined in accordance with the current Goods Credit-Policy and Procedures.
