Blacks Gift Voucher - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of all Gift Vouchers issued by Blacks Fasteners Ltd ("Blacks"). By purchasing or using a Blacks Gift Voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all Gift Vouchers issued by Blacks and are applicable to the original recipient and any subsequent holder.

2. Expiry and Non-Refundable Nature

• Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or cancelled once issued.
• All Gift Vouchers will expire three (3) years from the date of issuance.
• Blacks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the expiry period of a Gift Voucher or issue a new Gift Voucher in replacement of one nearing or past its expiry date.

3. Usage

• Gift Vouchers are redeemable solely for the purchase of goods from Blacks.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
• The full value of the Gift Voucher must be used in a single transaction. Please note that any remaining balance after a purchase will be forfeited.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers may be used towards a single transaction.

4. Cancellation

Blacks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Gift Voucher if there is any suspected fraud or violation of these terms and conditions.

5. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions

Blacks may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on blacksfasteners.co.nz. We encourage you to review these terms and conditions periodically for any updates.
