Ordering & Accounts
How do I place an order?
Place orders online anytime by adding products to your cart and proceeding to checkout using your preferred payment method. If you need help, our team can assist.
Can I request a quote?
Yes. Quotes are available if you are logged in to a trade account, you must have a list created with the required products before submitting a quote or you can contact our customer service team directly.
Can I charge orders to my trade account?
Yes. Approved customers can charge orders directly to their trade account at checkout instead of paying by card.
How do I open or link a trade account online?
Complete the website account authorisation form to link your existing trade account to your online profile or complete the new account application form to open a new trade account.
What are My Lists and Quick Order?
My Lists let you save frequently ordered products for quick reordering. Quick Order allows you to add multiple items at once, including by CSV upload.

Delivery & Collection
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on order size, delivery location, and delivery method.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information is usually sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and freight provider.
Who will deliver my order?
We use a range of freight and transport providers, selected based on the type of product being delivered and where it’s going.
Can I Click & Collect?
Yes. Click & Collect is available online. Select your store and the next available pickup slot at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
Returns & Credits
Do you accept returns?
Returns may be accepted on stocked items for up to 60 Days, provided prior approval has been obtained. Items must be unused, in original condition / packaging and accompanied with a receipt or invoice number.
How do I request a return?
