Branch Manager – Cromwell Store
We are excited to announce a job vacancy for the position of Branch Manager at our store in Cromwell. Aligned with the Managing Director and working closely with the Head Branch Manager, you as the Branch Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the operations and growth of our new store. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team and contribute to the success of the business. This role will be part of a high performing team and to be successful you will:

Demonstrated experience of managing all aspects of the branch's daily operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.

Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising

Recruit, train, lead, and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and branch goals.

Sales Representative - Christchurch
We are currently seeking an experienced customer focused sales representative to join our Christchurch sales team to service local industry customers throughout the fast-expanding region. In this role you will be dealing with a wide range of hands-on- end-user construction teams. For this reason, a technical mind and good understanding of the industry is essential. You will be developing and securing a customer base aimed at growing our business as we expand into further customer markets. Blacks Fasteners is one of New Zealand's most progressive companies supplying leading-edge products and services to the construction, manufacturing, building and engineering industries as well as the general public.
For this opportunity you will need:

Minimum of two years previous sales experience working in a relevant part of the New Zealand Construction/Industrial/Engineering industry.

Discipline with call cycles and a proven ability to successfully reach sales budgets
