What is a Business Account?
A business account is designed for businesses purchasing products on a regular basis for commercial use. Business accounts may be established on either a cash basis or with credit terms, subject to approval.
I Already Have an Account, How Do I Order Online?
If you already have a Blacks Fasteners account and currently deal with a sales representative or in-store, complete the Online Ordering Activation form and we will set you up so you are able to order online!
Difference Between a Website Account & Business Account?
A Website Account allows anyone to create an online login, purchase products online and manage their details.
A Business Account is a Blacks Fasteners customer account for businesses that can be linked to online ordering and provides access to your specific account pricing, credit facilities and account support services.

How Long Does it Take to Activate Online Ordering?
Online ordering activation requests are processed during normal business hours. Please allow between 1 - 2 working days from the time of your request.
