An ideal fixing to be used when the outside face of the bearer is not accessible, such as with relocatable houses to piles. The specially developed Retro Plates are used for connecting pile to bearers to joists and are easily fixed in constricted situations with Type 17-12g x 35mm Hex Head Screws (supplied).
