The Promoter is Blacks Fasteners Limited (Blacks)

1. Promotion Period

   This promotion ("Promotion") is valid from June 1st, 2024, at 00:00 NZST to August 31st, 2024, at 23:59 NZST ("Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility

   This Promotion is open to all residents of New Zealand ("Participants") who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors, and officers of Blacks Fasteners Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Immediate families include spouses, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren and their spouses.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, Participants must make a single online purchase exceeding NZ$200 (excluding GST) on Blacks Fasteners website during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying purchase (single transaction exceeding NZ$200) automatically enters the Participant into the draw.

4. Prize

There will be thirty (30) winners selected in total, ten (10) winners chosen each month for the three months of the Promotion Period. Each winner will receive a brand new Hudson or Seattle Hoodie from Swanndri (the "Prize").

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be randomly selected at the end of each month within the Promotion Period from all qualifying entries received during that month. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw. Only qualifying purchases made within each month are eligible for that month's draw.

6. Prize Claiming

Winners will be contacted via email with instructions on how to claim their Prize. Winners will be required to respond to the notification email within seven (7) business days to confirm their acceptance of the Prize and provide their preferred size and color of the Hudson or Seattle Hoodie.

7. Prize Availability

While Blacks Fasteners will make every effort to fulfill the winner's preferred size and color of the Hudson or Seattle Hoodie, prize availability cannot be guaranteed. In the event that the winner's preferred choice is unavailable, Blacks Fasteners will offer the winner the option to choose an alternative size and/or color of the Hudson or Seattle Hoodie. If no suitable alternative is chosen by the winner within seven (7) business days of notification, Blacks Fasteners reserves the right to award the Prize to another randomly chosen eligible entrant.

8. General Conditions

• Participants can only win once during the Promotion Period.
• Prize Winners agree to their names being used by Blacks in connection with this promotion
• Prize Winners consent to their personal information provided to enter this competition being shared with third parties as required in order to provide the prize to them.
• Blacks reserve the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds, including but not restricted to violation of the rules or who has gained an unfair advantage or won using fraudulent means
• The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other goods or services.
• Blacks Fasteners reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
• By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Any decisions made by Blacks Fasteners regarding the Promotion will be final and binding.

9. Privacy
